What carriers do you use? Do you offer follow-up?
We ship via Mondial Relay and Colissimo. A email with tracking link is automatically sent as soon as the order is shipped.
What are the average delivery times for France? And for international (Spain, Europe, etc.)?
The order preparation time can be up to 5 working days maximum. Then, delivery times depend on the carrier chosen:
- delivery to a relay point, economical but longer.
- faster home delivery – this is the preferred option if you are in a hurry!

What is the maximum number of products I can order?
Order limits are listed for each product and depend on stock levels and popularity of the item. Customers are allowed to order the maximum limit every 30 days. Order limits are subject to change without notice.
I would like to add, modify or cancel my order.
Orders can be canceled by the customer on the order status page within 3 hours. To cancel an order after this deadline, please contact us via the contact form and indicate your order number. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to fulfill your request if your order has already been processed. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email
If you do not receive an email from us within 5 minutes of ordering, you may have entered an incorrect email address or may not have completed your order. Please contact us via the contact form.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 15 days of receipt. Unopened products only.
Return costs payable by the customer unless there is an error on our part.
